When people need help, we'll be there.

In Greater Seattle, St. Vincent de Paul has 50 plus neighborhood-based chapters (we call them Conferences) with over 1,200 volunteers providing neighbor to neighbor assistance while also enriching their lives. We made over 12,000 home visits per year, helping over 85,000 people with compassionate help. We served a total of 150,000 people in all of our emergency aid and case management programs.

Home visits help us determine the exact nature of help required and they provide important emotional support. Home visits are efficient, because they save time and eliminate confusion. Charity Navigator has awarded us a 4-Star rating in two consecutive periods. Only 18 percent of all charities rated by the organization have received a 4-star rating two consecutive times.

Donations to SVdP provide emergency interaction, improve lives and restore self- respect and empower effective volunteers. We have four programs that provide solutions and a safety net beyond what is currently available from government programs.
